Tapped the safety rails on two reps of the topset

#Bench (touch and go)
190 x 7 @7
200 x 7 @7
220 x 6 @9.5
205 x 6 @9.5
Little too greedy here. Would have been 5 pounds below my PR. Guess I was really toasted after that topset.

#Towel Press
165 x 5 @7
175 x 5 @8
185 x 5 @9
175 x 5 @9
These are probably better labeled as T-shirt bench or something. Using a barbell neck pad. Light up my triceps a lot.

This was a pretty decent performance considering I got a total of maybe one hour of sleep the night before.
